Shipping policies

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are usually processed the next working day. We will always endeavour to ship orders on the same day if received by 1pm CET.

Average delivery time is around 2-5 working days throughout Europe. This is a guideline and please remember that postal services sometimes suffer delays.

Please note that currently we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

When you receive your order confirmation you will be informed of the approximate delivery date. In the event that it is not in stock but it is expected that we will have it soon, we will inform you of this circumstance and if you continue with the purchase the delivery date may vary according to this circumstance.

We can deliver to the countries that appear in the shipping address on the payment page. However, for possible deliveries to other locations, you can consult us using our chat or the following email address:

Average delivery times are usually 2-5 working days in Europe.

Average delivery times in Spain, are usually 24-48 hours.

Average delivery times to the rest of the world will vary according to the destination. Please consult us for more information.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to ensure that transport companies meet these guidelines.

COSTS/TRANSPORT COMPANY


We use different shipping companies to guarantee delivery throughout Europe.
Free shipping is available for orders above €65 in continental Europe. Outside of continental Europe free shipping is available on orders over €140. Shipments to Switzerland are free with orders over €100. Shipments to Cyprus and Malta are free with orders over €140.


GENERAL CONDITIONS 

When you receive your order confirmation, you will be informed of the approximate delivery date. In the event that we are out of stock but expect to have it soon, we will inform you of this circumstance and if you continue with your purchase the delivery date may vary according to this circumstance.


We use UPS as the main shipping company, together with the main shipping companies on the market in each country. According to their procedures, when they are unable to deliver the product either because of a mistake in the address or because there is no one at the destination to take charge of the order, they will leave a note indicating that they have proceeded to make the delivery without success and the contact where you can go to collect the product or find out when it will be received again if requested by the user.


If the delivery process is delayed due to negligence on the part of the user, an additional charge may be made.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or suspension of services due to force majeure, understood as such and without this being a closed catalogue: strikes, fires, natural disasters, epidemics, impossibility of use of means of transport or communications or because the legislation does not allow it.



These periods of impediment during which the service cannot be provided will not be counted as such and the deadline for fulfilling the obligation to deliver the goods or service will be extended.
