You may cancel or exchange the order up to 14 days after delivery of the product, but you must inform us in writing about this circumstance via the following contact page.
The product must be complete, in identical circumstances in which it was received and unopened. We will examine the product and if there are signs that it has been used we will not proceed with the return.
The refund will be made after we have received the product in our warehouse and have examined it.
HBD Europa does not assume the shipping cost of the product to be returned.
If you cancel the order before delivery we will refund the amount through the same method of payment.
